Westside Industrial becomes Coutts Westside
From 1 March, Westside and Coutts will come together under the one brand to service Sydney’s western and north western industrial precincts. The Coutts Westside team based at Arndell Park will reflect the combined experience gained over a combined 85 years.
With offices at Castle Hill and Arndell Park, our five sales and leasing agents will service our customers from both offices, as will our property managers from locations close to the properties they manage. Combined, Coutts will have the manpower and expertise to service your needs from the Hawkesbury and the Hills, to the west and south west suburbs. The combination enables us to be a “one stop shop” when you’re are looking to sell, buy or lease a commercial/industrial property.
