Trains every three minutes to the Sydney CBD

The Hills Shire Times today reports that the Northwest Rail Link (that will include two stations at Norwest Business Park and another at Castle Hill) will provide single deck trains every three minutes in the city direction. Commuters would be required to change trains at Chatswood.
The NSW government is also considering a second harbour crossing that would expedite the journey to the Sydney CBD further, but is yet to commit a timeframe to that project.
