Bunnings almost complete

Construction of the Bunnings at Rouse Hill will be completed in early 2012. This construction is hoped to bring some added life to the Rouse Hill Industrial area which has been slow to move since the land was first rezoned.

One parcel of land, 2 blocks away from the new Bunnings is currently available for sale. "Since the walls were erected on the Bunnings site there has been renewed interest by purchasers on this site". Greg Langford of Coutts Industrial said.
